D3/K2: 30 ml
Take one capsule 3 times a day with sufficient liquid and 4 oil drops during meals. The recommended daily intake of a maximum of 3 capsules and 4 oil drops must not be exceeded. A dosing aid for the D3/K2 oil is supplied with the product.
If your body weight is less than 40 kg, take a maximum of one capsule per day.
