Payment of the purchase price is due in advance immediately upon conclusion of the contract. After sending your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with our bank details. Please transfer the money directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as the reason for payment. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received the money in our account.

The payment will be debited from your account for all subsequent purchases, either from the credit card on file or by direct debit. As a rule, the goods are shipped by DHL. However, we reserve the right to use other parcel service providers.
